By accessing or using Retenshun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

Retenshun provides a customer engagement and retention platform that enables businesses to send targeted communications, automate marketing workflows, and analyze user behavior. The service includes APIs, SDKs, dashboard access, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use Retenshun, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retenshun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
